Finished and colored reference page for my team entry into OCT. These three are completely new OCs so bear with me as I try to come up with a good story for them.

All three of my OCs are part of a mercenary organization called the Kobalos Foundation. Teams usually consist of 4 members, (Pilot, Munitions, Scout, and Gifted). The Kobalos are usually contacted for high end missions requiring few questions asked.

From Left to Right:

Glasmon - Originally James Gladd.
James was altered at the molecular level during an irradiated electrical storm. While trying to return home from the beach he was struck repeatedly by the radiation rich lightning. The raw energy altered him, giving him the ability to create and control any material with a silicate composition. Basically, he can create and control glass.
He can control the density of glass as well as the direction it forms sculpting it like delicate, durable ice sculptures.
His vest is lined with metal bands acting like attachment points for the glass should he desire to create a protective suit of glass. He also carries a bag of sand around with him just in case no silicate compounds can be found.
Highly intelligent, James recognizes his weaknesses. Being human, he does not have any natural defenses. Even his own abilities have left their mark on him. This acknowledgement makes him calculating in his decisions. However, he is prone to bouts of instability. The lightning that caused his condition left him somewhat off kilter mentally.
His powers grew over time, but he was never able to fully control them. It is rumored that he had transformed an entire island into glass, forcing it to collapse upon itself, wiping it out of existence.
Despite his moments of insanity, Glasmon is the leader of this group.

Ceda - Ceda comes from warrior stock. Her planet's population of cat-like sentients were divided into warring tribes.
The Anduvi, her race, were bred from youth to exist in a highly hierarchical order. The life of each Anduvi tribe revolved around the defense of their people and the conquering of others.
Each Anduvi develops innate abilities that allow them to contribute to their tribe in times of battle. For Ceda, she developed greater speed and agility than that of her tribesman, making her a blur on the battlefield. She also developed the ability to stealth herself. When remaining still, her body blends in with her surroundings making her virtually invisible.
Her battle gauntlets allow her to slice her way through most materials, as well as allow her to climb most surfaces.
Ceda's tribe was nearly wiped out. Without the direction of her elders to guide her, she desperately sought order and instruction. Glasmon, found her and brought her into his team. Because of this, Ceda views him as her new elder, and follows his orders without question.

Al - Al is a bit of a mystery. He acts as the team's munitions and tech expert, but beyond that not much else is known about him.
Al rarely communicates except through the emoticons displayed across his helmet.
Al is able to shoot with unerring accuracy. He has rarely missed a shot, and it is still up for debate whether or not he had done so on purpose.
His ability stems from a metabolic condition that allows him to have near precognitive perception. His metabolism works overtime allowing him to perceive his environment as moving slower than it actually is. This perception also allows him to work through technical problems faster than normal.
The downfall to this ability is that his body, if left to itself, would burn out, literally.
His fully enclosed hyperbolic suit keeps his body temperature and functions regulated as well as allowing him access to all manner of gadgets, weaponry, and tools.
His exact origins are unknown, but based on his love of Old Earth based emoticons, it is believed that like Glasmon, he is an altered human.
